Vendor Guidelines
- Vendors must arrive at least 2 hours before the event starts for setup.
- All products must be approved by event organizers.
- Vendors are responsible for their own setup, including tables, chairs, and displays.
- No early teardown is permitted before the event ends.
Payment & Operations
- Full payment is required to secure your vendor space.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 14 days of the event.
- Vendors must comply with all health and safety regulations.
Non-compliance may result in removal from the event and exclusion from future festivals.
